This quote has literally helped shape my perspective on the Universe that we inhabit. The idea that time is not linear, that we as humans simply perceive it as linear, is fascinating to me. We perceive the world around us as a four dimensional space, yet we can only move in three dimensions, thus leading us to comprehend time as moving in a straight line from point A to point B. From the past to the future. Then, if you take human perspective out of the equation and consider that we could move along the fourth dimension, then time as we perceive it is just an illusion. Everything that has happened, is happening, and will happen is a constant that just simply exists, always will exist, and always has existed.
